Question 2: What if my dog is older? Is it too late to teach recall?
It’s never too late! Dogs of all ages can learn a solid recall with the right approach. This challenge works for puppies, adult dogs, and even those senior dogs who’ve been ignoring you for years. This approach also works for all breeds of dogs. There are no exceptions*. Any dog can participate in this challenge!
* Dogs with hearing and sight difficulties need a slightly more specialised approach to the ones outlined in this challenge. If your dog has a visual or hearing impairment, they can still develop a brilliant recall – but you’ll need to contact us so that we can make additional arrangements to cater for your dog’s “special needs”.

The challenge is structured over 7 days. Days 1 & 7 are delivered via a live Zoom. Lessons for days 2-6 are pre-recorded and emailed to you, as well as being posted in the Facebook group. If you’re not able to make the live sessions, they will be recorded and sent to you to watch at your leisure, so you won’t miss a thing!
